Named the "FIAT Oltre" a derivative of the LMV (Light Multi-Role Vehicle) developed for the Italian army by truck manufacturer IVECO, Fiat introduced a commercial version soon to enter the market. The Oltre uses the Iveco Common Rail (CRD) diesel engine, with 6-speed automatic gearbox, and permanent 4x4 transmission. The fully loaded 7 ton vehicle carries up to 3 tons of payload. .
