Low-Profile U-Bolt Plates
|
Designed to fit any 21/2" wide leaf spring using any axle. They
accommodate all axles with tube diameters ranging from 2.5" - 3.25" by using slotted holes. They
can be mounted in a spring over or spring under configuration.
The design of the U-Bolt Plates
cradles the leaf spring in a channel. This helps keep each individual leaf positioned properly.
This also positions the U-bolts to the side of the leaf spring with only hang 1/4" of the plate
below the spring. These U-bolt plates are formed from two pieces of 10 gauge steel,
laminated together to form one solid unit, with weld-in gussets. Gloss black powder-coated for
corrosion protection.
